What we do best

Below you’ll find all information on our services, procedures and pricing.

Our professional standards & why consultation comes first

There are important legal and professional distinctions between the treatments that a Registered Nurse can provide within a nurse-led aesthetics clinic and those offered within NHS or other medical settings. As a regulated healthcare professional, I must work within the scope of my practice, adhere to the NMC Code, and ensure that every treatment is clinically justified, safe, and suitable for each individual.

Paradoxically, there are no equivalent statutory regulations for non-clinical aestheticians or beauticians, meaning they may legally perform procedures, advertise prices and outcomes for prescription only treatments that fall outside the boundaries set for Registered Nurses working in aesthetics, who are bound by strict professional standards and accountability.

As a clinic led by an NMC-registered Nurse Independent Prescriber, we must follow strict professional, legal, and advertising standards set by the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), MHRA, and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

These standards are designed to protect clients and ensure all care is safe, ethical, and tailored to the individual.

All consultations are free of charge. If you have any questions about what we can offer, we are always happy to explain during your consultation.

Because of these requirements in our clinic setting:

  • We cannot promote prescription-only medicines by product name
  • We cannot make guarantees or exaggerated claims about results
  • We can only offer treatments that fall within the legal scope of practice for a nurse-led clinic, which means we cannot provide certain services, such as IV drips, outside a hospital or fully medical setting
  • All treatments offered by the clinic must be delivered following appropriate clinical assessment and within a medically governed framework.

Antiwrinkle Injections

Prices from: £110

Neuromodulators may be used to address areas of facial muscle overactivity where repeated movement contributes to the formation of expression lines.

Common areas assessed include the forehead, frown (glabella), and peri-orbital region (crow’s feet). When used appropriately, treatment can help reduce the impact of excessive muscle contraction, supporting smoother skin while maintaining natural facial movement.

In addition to these traditional aesthetic areas, neuromodulators can also be considered for certain muscle-related symptoms that affect comfort or wellbeing. These may include:

  • Masseter (jaw) overactivity, which can contribute to jaw tension, clenching, grinding behaviours, or symptoms associated with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) discomfort.
  • Hyperhidrosis Treatment For those living with excessive sweating, this treatment offers calm, reliable relief. Small, precise injections help reduce activity in the sweat glands, making everyday life more comfortable. It’s a straightforward procedure, carried out gently and professionally, with your comfort and dignity always at the centre.

These treatments are not used to diagnose medical conditions, but may be discussed as part of a wider approach to managing muscle-related symptoms that impact daily comfort, confidence, or quality of life.

  • Botulinum Toxin

All prices include consultation, prescription, and consent. The amount of product needed is dependent on the age and sex of the client. We do not offer routine top-ups at review. In the past, top-ups were commonly used to create a total freeze, but our philosophy prioritises natural, balanced results. Small adjustments may be made if needed to refine symmetry or muscle activity.

Electrocoagulation: Skin Lesion Removal

Treatment is provided only for blemishes that are clearly benign and appropriate for cosmetic management and may be considered for:

• skin tags
• age-related or sun-related pigment spots
• small benign surface irregularities
• seborrhoeic keratosis
• milia or similar superficial blemishes

Any lesion that appears suspicious, atypical, or outside the boundaries of normal benign presentation will not be treated. Clients will be signposted to their GP, an appropriate medical specialist, or assessed by a dermatology triage service.

High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)

Prices from: £435

Non-invasive high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) has been used safely in medicine for many years, and its application in aesthetics is well-established.

HIFU works by directing focused ultrasound energy to specific depths within the skin and underlying tissues, including the ‘SMAS’ – the same structural layer targeted in surgical lifting procedures. By creating precise points of thermal stimulation within these deeper layers, HIFU encourages collagen production and tissue tightening without breaking the skin surface. The result is a gradual, natural lift and improvement in firmness over time – usually taking about 3 months to realise the change.

HIFU may be suitable for individuals where assessment identifies tissue laxity, reduced skin volume, such as can be seen as we age or after weight loss. It is typically performed as a single treatment, with many people experiencing benefits that last 12 months or longer, depending on age, skin health, and lifestyle factors. Maintenance Radio Frequency treatments are also available.

As a non-surgical approach, HIFU involves no incisions, no needles, and no recovery downtime. Suitability, limitations, and expected outcomes are all discussed clearly beforehand to ensure a safe and informed experience.

  • HIFU Face & Neck (Allow 2.5 hours) £435

All laboratory testing, analysis, reporting, and follow-up support are completed by GC Biosciences.

This service is designed to offer individuals a clearer understanding of their metabolic health, nutritional status, and general wellbeing. It does not replace medical diagnosis or NHS pathways, and results requiring clinical follow-up will be signposted appropriately.

Teen Acne & Confidence (Ages 12+)

Acne can deeply affect teenage confidence during important formative years. Our Cold Plasma Therapy offers a gentle, effective option suitable for ages 12+ (with parental consent).

Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM)

Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) describes the progressive gynaecological and urological changes that occur as oestrogen levels decline. It affects up to 70–80% of menopausal women and is often described as a silent epidemic due to its significant, yet frequently unspoken, impact on quality of life.

Importantly, these changes can begin much earlier, with many women noticing symptoms from their mid-30s onwards, particularly during perimenopause, menopause (natural or treatment-induced), or following cancer treatments.

As hormone levels fall, the vaginal walls become thinner, drier, and less elastic. The vaginal canal may shorten, and changes in surrounding structures, including the urethra which also shortens, can increase susceptibility to irritation, infection, and urinary symptoms. Loss of local fat pads and tissue support can further contribute to discomfort, much like the structural skin changes we recognise in the face over time. Systemic hormone therapy alone is not always sufficient to fully address these localised tissue changes.

Around 1 in 3 women experience ongoing intimate health concerns, including:

  • Vulval pain (affecting up to 15% of women)
  • Painful intercourse
  • Vaginal dryness (reported by ~17% of women aged 17–50)
  • Recurrent thrush and irritation
  • Urological symptoms such as urgency or sensitivity
  • Lichen sclerosis — a chronic inflammatory skin condition, similar in some ways to eczema or psoriasis, which can cause significant soreness, sensitivity, and pain

Alyval® – Targeted Support for Intimate Tissue Health

Alyval® is an advanced, clinically developed Italian treatment range designed specifically to support vulvovaginal and urogenital health. It has gone through extensive clinical trials and so more than just lubricants that you buy on the high street.

Its patented delivery technology is designed to work in harmony with the unique structure of vaginal mucosal cells. Unlike standard topical products that sit on the surface, Alyval® utilises a bio-adhesive, low molecular weight formulation that enhances penetration and retention within the mucosal layers.

This allows active ingredients to be:

  • More effectively absorbed into the epithelial cells
  • Sustained within the tissue for longer-lasting hydration and repair
  • Better able to support the restoration of the mucosal barrier and microbiological balance

By improving tissue hydration, elasticity, and resilience at a cellular level, Alyval® helps to reduce discomfort, protect against irritation, and support overall intimate health. There is a range of products that are targeted to specific issues. Please contact us for more information.
